Security Sales Consultant
Overview
Conduct security assessments and audits for clients to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and security needs
Develop customized security solutions and recommendations based on assessment findings
Collaborate with clients to implement security measures, which may include physical security, electronic surveillance, access control systems, and security policies and procedures
Provide expertise and guidance on security best practices and industry standards
Conduct security training sessions for clients' staff members as needed
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the security industry
Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels
Qualifications
Successful completion of a criminal background test, drug test, and clean driving record is required
Ability to travel (with own transportation) to client sites within the greater Washington DC area and occasionally beyond
Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., criminal justice, security management) preferred
3+ years of experience in security consulting, risk assessment, or a related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are a plus

Government & Commercial Electronic Security Technicians
Force Security Solutions, LLC, one of The Washington Business Journal Top Security Integrators and just a great place to work and grow, is expanding and looking for several high-qualified electronic security installation technicians, service technicians, as well as entry-level technicians to join our professional implementation team. We provide a variety of the industry’s most advanced, high-tech, and high-quality electronic security, access control, and IP video surveillance products and services available in today’s market. The person chosen for this position will be responsible for the installation of our integrated intrusion detection, access control, fire alarm, and high-resolution IP video surveillance systems to include locations such as banks, government agencies, government contractors, SCIFS, schools, places of worship, jewelry stores and more, in and around the Washington DC Metro Area.
Previous experience:
Background and experience in Electronic Security preferred but not required
Technical training school for electronics (preferred, but not required)
Work week:
Our techs only work four days a week and always have a three-day weekend
Our techs are provided with a take home vehicle and credit card for expenses
Our techs are paid very well with overtime opportunities available
Must possess:
A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and currently possess or be able to secure a state specific security license and Government Clearance – We pay for all training and costs.
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong work ethic
Ability to use diplomacy in customer service relations
Ability to lift and perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength
